    •   Eat plenty of green leafy vegetables like spinach, asparagus and turnip with adequate quantities of lentils, beans etc.
    •   Another tip is to have a colourful diet. Ensure the food you consume belong to a range of colours- green, yellow, red, orange, blue and white to ensure an adequate phytonutrient intake.
    •   Do not eat too many sweets and sugary items as you need to regulate your blood sugar levels for sustained energy.
    •   Natural herbs and spices. Spices such as Turmeric, Cinnamon, and Mint etc. have antibacterial and antiviral properties and are rich in essential vitamins and minerals.
  •   Fitness: It is important to keep yourself fit and keep stress under control by following a basic exercise regimen, including breathing exercises, yoga, meditation, walking and stretching exercises to rejuvenate yourself and increase your chances of pregnancy.
